My objectives

OBJECTIVE l was Business Management student in IIE Rosebank College in Braamfontein. She is a very friendly, assertive young woman who would go a long mile in completing all her tasks beforehand. She loves establishing mutual relationships and is good in maintaining them. She is now looking for a platform in which she can grow her skills.

Pros: l worked as a sales consultant and l got promoted to work in digital marketing department, and now l'm working as admin receptionist, l'm also a projector manager for our internship programme .
Cons: 10 hours in day

Excellent Learning Curve

Great company. No pressure. Is to manaveour. Always looked forward to a day in the office as speaking to clients and solving their concerns in relation to the product gave life and meaning to everyday space. Hence, Eltel gave me an opportunity in the hardest industry, as it equipped us with how to handle customers. The management was always on our disposal to assist us in helping customers and other personal issues. The hardest part of the job was when clients did not receive much satisfaction in the previous assistance. The most enjoyable part was the part where the company will create activities that helped us to easy on the job for example like team buildings.

Pros: Great opportunity. Engaging with employees all the time.

The way you communicate with a client

I will be glad if i can get feedback from there company and the are no scams in the company. Because i had been looking for job all along since i completed my Diploma in Business Management in Rosebank college mega Campus.

Identefying customer

I am kind person easy to communicate with. I have learnt how deal with customer complaint .I do enjoy being involved in challenges.dealing with rude customer over the phone

I khomotso seakamela work at eltel as a sales agent doing vodacom customers accounts upgrades

we work six days a week i had a empoloyer an employee relationship with my boss an my team leaders i respect every colleque of mine and i learnt that being a sales consultant requires patient an being able to handle pressure i enjoy sales becouse i have a skill of talking and making customers to understand even if they are anrgy the most challenging aspect is searching leads for the whole day an still no sale made an also the pressure from customers

Good learning curve

making calls to clients and convert them to sales and make them join the vodacom world and also up-grading them to they new head-sets also working on a wapsite of eltel and putting up phones and they description.

Pros: great opportunity for growth and learning the vodacom system

It is an excellent opportunity to work for Eltel

It is great to work for Eltel co_-workers are good.. Being here taught me many things. How to handle queries and how to work under pressure and also how to be polite to customers as a receptionist and QA Agent how to engage with customers and make sure they understood the sales agent

Eltel is not a good company to work for because of how they threats the staff and it pays low salary

Working in eltel its hell because of the management of that place who treats employees like crush and doesn't respect anyone, working there it's depressing from the minit you walk in the at 8 am in the morning,I don't enjoy anything about eltel

The treatment and money.. The is poor work ethic and lots of pressure but the money is not enough for the work we do.. I do want to work with pressure but the salary is not enough.. I've got all the energy to work

I am a highly motivated person extremely committed to ensure that any project I undertake achieves a high level of success. I am extrovert with an optimistic and objective personality, which I believe assists me in achieving objectives and goals. My confidence and ability to work independently together with my sense of responsibility, imitative and willingness to cope with challenges should be an asset for any post. I handle pressure extremely well and I am deadline driven. I am goal orientated, organized, systematic, and meticulous and a disciplined person and therefore professional in my approach and efficient at the tasks I am required to perform. Being very keen sportsmen I am competitive and always determined to succeed and give total commitment to whatever I do.
