Learned a lot through out my experience of working for ELS and Vodacom

Self driven at all times, Always interacting with customers First resolution is my game Got very well with my co-workers Typical work day is when customers start shouting however as humble and carmly resolve the issue with a smile I have learned a lot especially from Vodacom integrity Most challenging when a customer wants feedback they need to get it now as customers are important to us and I need to always be on my feet.

Pros: Would like an opportunity to become something within the environment
Cons: 9 hours
