Sales Satisfaction

Working hours from 8am to 16h30pm. I like to get things started early so I get in around 05h00. I use this time to prepare and submit crucial requirements from the day before, follow up and prepare for the current day. I attend to around 2 to 3 customer visits per day anywhere from Richards Bay to Port Edward and up to Harrismith. This is done while managing a sales team of 4, preparing sales targets and reports, liaising with current and potential customers, local and international suppliers as well as logistically planning secured new business. Constant pricing solutions are drawn up to keep our products and service competitive and relevant in comparison to our competitors. I need to also keep an eye on our competition in order to ensure we have a larger market share so industry knowledge minute to minute. I get on very well with each of my co workers who support me as the 1st in charge, however not the case. I've always said that my current company is my mistress and my current job is my passion.

Excellent learning curve and a career opportunity

Excellent Experience Customer service skills Dealing directly with the customers I Built a good relationship with co-workers whereby the job gets done even if you are absent from work. Learnt an excellent team work. Enjoy communicating mostly with the shipping lines and destination agents. The most challenging aspects of the job is having to communicate with the countries with more hours/time difference to SA as it causes delays and sometimes not reaching the required timelines.

I have extensive sales experience . I am loyal , hardworking and target driven. I have excellent administrative and accounting skills. I am able to deal with all levels of staff and management .
