Excellent work environment and great to work at

Good environment to work int, Offices kept clean, well equipped instruments to do work with. Learned about RF circuits and infrared protocols. Enjoyed the most writing firmware for products and test equipment, laying out and building PCB's. Most challenging aspect of the job was type approval for RF products.

Pros: Stable working environment with constant hours
Cons: poor promotion opportunities and communication

I have learned a lot from working at this company.specially how to deal with people

I worked for good hours even on weekends.I worked with clients via telephone and personally.had to answer incoming calls and answering emails,do back order follow ups and feedback to be given to clients.

Pros: great opportunity to try something new
Cons: normal hours

Excellent Learning Enviroment

Working at Ellies has taught me alot on aspects such as management control , customer service and just being in the retail industry as a whole it has given me the knowledge of how to deal with major companies as a client as well as walk in clientele.

Pros: Opportunity to kearn more about Retail in a different manner
Cons: Not much room for growth

Good learning opportunity

I am a young vibrant individual eager to learn, with excellent credentials from my previous employment. With the adversity to grow in the industry. Have gained enormous experience in retail and will be of great advantage to the company.

Pros: Great eagerness to grow in the institute.
Cons: Working on weekends especially Sundays.

Start up company, great experience

I have over 10 years’ experience in Human Resources, Finance (Creditors), Project Management, Recruitment & Payroll as a whole. As well as experience in PA Administration on a Senior Level. The most rewarding highlight of my career thus far has most definitely been working as an HR Consultant / Payroll Consultant where my main responsibilities and functions were: Specializing in Retail & Sales Industry, Human Resources, Administration, Recruitment, Employment, Induction, Performance Management, Supervision, Discipline and all other HR / Labour related matters including CCMA representation as well as full payroll function for 120 sales consultants, including commissions and travel calculations.

Cons: Company Closed Down

I am a hard working person I am eager to learn new things and I am alwaysnup for a challenge I dont mind wirking with other people I have learned to work under great presure and to do multiple tasks I enjoy most of my job is that every day is a new challenge you never know how the day will flow

Excellent learning curve

poor company culture lack of structure Good grass root employees no communication lack of corporate governance adherence poor decision making lack of strategic objectives chauvinistic behaviour discrimination

Pros: good employees, medical aid , pension fund
Cons: lack of empowerment, no flexible working hours for executives, poor incentive schemes

eye opening curve and a great exposure

for me itfor me it has been an eye opening curve and a great exposure when it comes into business management but at the same the great exposure that you get goes along with many tasks assigned to you with less payment and no token of appreciation or motivation at all has been an eye opening curve and a great exposure when it comes into business

Cons: less paid
