I BELIEVE THAT A TYPICAL DAY SHOULD START WITH A POSITIVE ATTITUDE AND MOTIVATION FOR ALL STAFF THAT EVERYONE CAN FEEL GOOD AND OPEN TO DO WHATS NEEDED OF THEM. MY RELATIONSHIP WITH COWORKERS IS OPEN AND TRUSTFUL AND TO BE THERE WHEN HELP IS NEEDED TO SUPPORT ONE ANOTHER WHEN NEEDED A GOOD RELATIONSHIP IS THE BEST WAY I MOSTLY STRIVE FOR. I'VE LEARNT A LOT FROM BEING A PART OF A FAMILY WHERE EVERYONE IS THERE FOR ONE ANOTHER AND THAT MANAGEMENT IS ONLY BEST HANDLED WITH A GOOD COMMUNICATION BETWEEN ONE AND HIS COWORKERS AND TO WORK AS A TEEM . WHAT I ENJOY MOST IS THE RELATIONSHIP AND THE TEEM WORK AND TO SEE THAT EVERY ONE GETS ALONG AND REACHING THERE POTENTIAL AND MEETING TARGETS THAT'S SET OUT TO DO, MOST CHALLENGING ASPECTS WAS HEN A TEAM IS NOT WORKING TOGETHER TO SET THE SAME GOAL AND THERE IS BAD TENSION BETWEEN COWORKERS BUT NOTHING LIKE A CHALLENGE HAT CAN NOT BE RESOLVED FOR EVERY PROBLEM THERE CAN BE A SOLUTION NO MATTER THE OUTCOME OF IT.

Great place to work in,lot of mind growing about the industry as whole

I have gained so much by being in that industry,how to handle the business,cash,customers and your co-wokers. What i enjoyed most is attending customer complains and come out with a positive out come. We work as team with the co-wokers our priority was customer and business first in everything.

Learned about technical electric customer service

Team work,learned to order stock for clients via samsung program,worked ok serve craft, and sage gets busy sometimes and somedays quite must alwayd follow up on technicians and come back to customer to inform them how far their repair is

To treat the customer as a king

It was so much good to work at ehl and my relationship with my co -workers was so perfect because we were working as a team,and we where making a point that we meet our target every month

Pros: There was opportunity for every one who is working hard and going extra miles
Cons: Working extra miles was so great because I wanted to go home knowing that I'm gonna start something new tomorrow
