Being the best you can be

I am a 43 year old male with 21 years management experience in retail, transport logistics, fleet management, distribution and loss control. I have a love for distribution and transport operations. I believe that your staff is only as strong as the training, confidence and motivation given to them by their superior, who is suppose to be a leader. I have learnt that you cannot expect from others what you are not prepared to do yourself. Lead by example. I enjoy it when my staff achieves success as that adds to job satisfaction, which again adds to them being happy and productive. Commitment and productivity of staff is always a challenge, as staff is an evolving entity that changes daily as per people's behaviour and circumstance. But that can be managed through empathy, motivation and teambuilding, and getting your staff to buy into the unity of achieving common goals. Training and development

Regard as team leader Interact easily Like open plan office,it easy to work and socializes at the time. I.get along with everyone at their own character Even if workplace is separated I'm a cheerfull and obedient person. Conflicts are there from small matters, I don't hold grudge, work is 90% we meet each other daily I prefer to fix difficulties early to avoid misunderstanding.

Excellent

I was giving the them a customer service.going out to do delivery,and again I was taking cash doing the chocking the the flot.also creating the deal on the system,and doing customer complaints.in the absence of my supervisor or my mananger I was looking after the shop.and receiving the stock.and also doing store take ..I also learn how to treat the customers.I enjoyed the.most to the field work outside.the most challeng is customer complaint,

Best Company to work ever.

I ami a People's person To have worked for Ellery nes was my best work experience ever , Showed appreciation and gave support when needed to achieve ones goals. Always looked for potential from within the company for promotion. I worked very well with my staff and other fellow staff members from sister branches, always strived to work and support each other as a team with one goal I also got along very well with my superiors got the necessary support and recognition for good work .
