Life at Elinem.

I have learn everything I know in the trade am doing. The experience I have though Elinem am great full. I a great with my co-worker cause they teach me everything I know. The only problem with Elinem is the fault rate salary. Except form that I have great experience.

Ability to work under pressure

I am a fast learner and a problem solver, I can work with as a team or as individual, I work with my core workers with peaceful and understanding each other, I always like challenges in order to get more skilled on my trade

Growth was exellent

Hands on. Self starters.quality driven. Always deliver on time. Most work was done by section 13 students. Was a boilermaker/ welding/ piping and structural supervisor at the same time

Pros: Salary, bonuses
Cons: Long hours, need to verify all cut sizes and as build( students are manufaturing!)

Massive learning industry

Im very proud to be a boilermaker and i am humble and confident to work in this industry. Im willing to learn and gain more experience. From fabricating any job to repairs and maintenaning. Im also a mentor to the students....

I am a hard working person not having a problem to work over time

day or night shift its ok with me my communication with my co-workers is excellent good communication skills.ive learned many things when it comes to production i enjoy to work with or without a supervision.welding is my passion

Boilermaking company

I am not permanent at Elinem and I already got an End Of Contract letter so I need a job .at Elinem I have been there for 3years since 2015 when I was still on my apprentice and now I am a qualified boilermaker

Pros: I was fabricating and making structures
Cons: 12 hours
