I learned how to deal with different personalities (People skills ) How to be a team player My computer skills from basic to excellence I am a fast learner,hard worker and dedicated ' person An arrogant client was the most challenging situation to deal with, I learned how to calm that type of person down.

Pros: Group sessions and individual therapy sessions. Good relationship with colleagues. Professionalism is what l have learnt. I enjoy both group and individual therapy sessions.
