Best learning curve in my life

i had a good and close relationship with my coworker nothing was too hard, for us especially when we work together. a typical day at work would by checking emails, then we go through work instructions for the day analyze volume of work, look at client queries we look at shipments for client orders, we prepare paper work for all shipments ,then help on invoicing. through my time in the company i have learned the effectiveness of planning and organizing before executing any task, furthermore i have enjoyed the rewards and compliments that come with the work we use to do, the culture and the environment, the challenging part if the job...was to keep with orders and adhere to the specific needs of the clients,but we use to pull through well team and understanding what was required of us

Pros: Management was effective in rewarding hard work, they transparent in leading the employees,rewarded innovation
Cons: long hours,very short deadline with little time to prepare an plan
