Great exposure reference to my expectations

1. Great working environment 2. A strong working relationship amongst shop floor staff, but management isn't good at all 3. I have learnt a lot relating towards manufacturing/production can offer 4. Involvemnts in projects, made me realise that I am a strong team player and a very strong analyst when it comes to solving analytical problems.... 5. Challenges were to balance work within individuals/collegues

Great experience and opportunities

Every day will be a different day depending on the job card My relationship with my co-workers was great as I coped woing alone and as ateam In this kind an industry I have learned that one has to be patient and smart in breakdowns so that it does not cost the company financially I enjoy every single challenge about my job because I manage very well

Pros: Greater opportunities for promotions

Production Manager

Plan production and make sure all orders to customers are fulfilled by shop floor operators and supervisors. Make sure all quality related issues are solved and addressed. Liaise with maintenance, purchasing and marketing functions in the running of the department. Deal with labor related issues in terms of workforce discipline.

Learning how to work in different departments was my learning curve

When I started getting to work I expected to actually be doing something I learned at school but when i got to the comapny it advance my learning capability and to know a lot of things. I was able to work at different departements and different people and that developed a desire to be more in my career growth. I am a vibrant person and getting to work at the place where people are loving their jobs and be proactive on it was a great thing to happen to me.

Excellent learning curve

You can learn a lot related to control systems likes of plc's scada, industrial networks and also it can teach to be resilient as you working working with different people at the different department but al in you can good people and the ones who are always serious like any other place of work

Pros: Free lunch
Cons: Low salary
