It was Excellent learning curve.

I was manufacturing PLS for electronics from wiring, testing and insecting components as well a approving the whole unit. We had a good relationship because we were working as a team. Every one has his own taskwith different stages inorder to complete the whole unit. From wiring,soldering,cleaning and testing of components until the whole unit is being approved. I have learned a lot from wiring of PLC until the testing of the whole unit because I have worked in all departments until approve the unit as a whole. What was challenging is that you need to concentrate on you work and keep it neat.

Pros: I was promoted to be a senior technician to approved the whole unit. Of which my qualification And commitment has played a big a big role.
Cons: I was working long hours including weekends to push up my service.
