Intellectual challenging environment

On a daily basis as a lab technician, I am always exposed to an exciting and new testing procedure as guided by engineering, R&D and Quality assurance. This makes me pay attention to details in ensuring correct and reliable information about tested samples. Teamwork plays an important role in one's success. I am always collaborating with other team players within and outside the organization which makes me proud to be part of the team. I have learned broadly, testing methods, projects execution and most important aspect of them all was the safety of myself and others. I prefer being in a new testing environment, performing outside the norm and obtain frequently new discoveries and deliverables within the organization. The most challenging aspect of this job is that some tests are standardized to run for 6 consecutive days which leads to working additional overtime to get the requirements met. Above all, quality and safety-driven mindset are key to the success of every business in the world.

Poor

Good day to put it out there it's not the company itself but the management structure the person that runs the branch makes it unpleasant to work in the environment you in he makes you feel small and worthless in the position you in our company structure still lives in the past that's not what you want when working for a corporate people needs to see that you enjoy working at the company and not always have a sad face the staff good structure and a joy to work with i will take them anywhere with me if i could.
