STORE MANAGER

I work 6am to 6pm,i love my job and buying stock and i have good communication skills,the passion i have in meeting targets and what i have achieved for the company doesnt match with the salary but i do not complain a lot since job i am doing i am very good at it its only the worth of my efforts that are undermined by the company.I have good a good relationship with my co-workers,i give respect to earn back the same respect.i have learnt that it is not mostly about the money but to be able to improve my skills in order to grow my career and i have become more mature in the years i grew with company.I enjoy motivating my co-workers.The most challenging part of my work is introducing new lines that will be attractive in pricing meeting the market demands.

Excellent learning curves

i am a customer friendly person always up for new challanges. We always find a way to work with each onther and be motivative. I long to work with customers on a daily basis its exciting. There are dificult days but we always make sure the outcome is positive.

Pros: customer service is our priority
Cons: we working with shifts
