Great start to career

the company is small in human numbers but the projects it gets are huge. that does result in overworking staff but for people just starting a career its great , lot of xperienced people

Growth point

My working experience and knowledge spans across many industries including manufacturing, Information Technology, business services, recruitment and transportation. I spent 5 years working in the IT business processes discipline assisting the motoring and manufacturing industries in shaping, streamlining and modelling their processes to suit their target market as well comply and allow for an easier, more profitable and more structured business approach.

Good company, good working environment

Elcb information services worked as full stack developer been involved on different projects such as auto parts and retail solution for Midas. Using following technology stacks c#,,asp.net, visual studio SQL database,MVC framework. Infragistics controls. Involved both front and back end using windows application and desktop application. Using scrum methodology and agile development to log tickets for using Jira.

Pros: great environment, good relationship amongst colleague
Cons: no overtime pay, limited experience using open edge progress

Superving and Dealing with people

Organising and making sure theres work for people to start working.Reporting on the progress of the work done, Dealing with registers and ensuring that quality work is produced.
