I was doing my apprenticeship at Elbroc mining company and now im seeking a job opportunity so that I can upgrade My skills and have experience in the inviroment of engineering

Very difficult corporate culture coupled with extensive micro-managem

VVery difficult corporate culture including micro management, I would not recommend them to anyone really. However, those who are really desperate can join because their salary is quite competitive given their size. To their credit also, they do support educational goals, I achieved my CIMA membership and MBA with them

Was working 10 hours a day operating 2 machines

I lobe i love and respect my job as a cnc operator and setter asa cnc operator you have to be careful most of the times and leave your problems at home coz theses machines are very dangerous and you have to wear ur PPE as soon as you walk in a working place for safety always and listen to your manager

Pros: Hard worker able to work under pressure
Cons: 10 hours a day
