Excellent learning curve

My current job which is Part time lecture at ELANGENI COLLEGE is not giving me much of challenge because I been working for the college since February 2014 so very duties that we are performing I am quite familiar with. I am individual whose working experience accumulated from call centre environment so I am quite familiar with the different beliefs, colour, background, religion and personality

Pros: Great opportunity for promotion depending on your performance and education
Cons: short working hours depending on the nature of the task

I"M excellent in computer literate

filling typing captucted receiving answering telephone calls and passing them on monitoring stationary levels and ordering office supplies relying to e-mail telephone / face to face enquiries . processing expenses sheets and invoice

Excellent learning curve

I'm a person who likes learning new things each day. I never thout of lecturing before because I was a shy person but after given the opportunity to lecture at Elangeni College dealt with the weakness of being shy. At my current company the work load is huge but I manage to cover everything with the time frame given each trimester. When it comes to relationship building, I have a good personality which builds a good relationship with other people or workers. I enjoy learning and sharing my knowledge with other people. I never see any task as a problem but as an opportunity to learn and deliver.

Excellent experience and learning curve in the company.

Everyday morning meeting/briefing at 7:45 before work. A colleagues meeting during each work sessions. Administration work [office] Administration work[laboratory/class] Instructing from time to time. Assessing each work completed. Assessing work of the whole day. Close.

Cons: Working under pressure and unsupervised

Good learning curve

On my current position I am able to display good quality of experience I have in time management and multitasking skills. This current job has also assisted me in keeping my qualification in good order I.e well polished for me to go back to the industry. I have also gained more knowledge and experience in Computer aided drafting (CAD), engineering fundamentals, engineering technology. This has trained me to know better my field of study and my duties in the industry.

Pros: Great opportunity to further my studies in the mechanical engineering field
Cons: Long working hours but very relevant experience gained

I have excellent computer literate, good communication skills , can follow instructions correctly

I am currently studying at Elangeni collage N4 Public management , I enjoy a worm working environment it makes productivity continue. The most challenging aspects is when co-workers have conflict at working place but anytime of the day I enjoy workplace

WORK INDIPENDENT OR TEAMWORK, STRIVE FOR CAMPANY OBJECTIVE

Rilationship with workers was bieng helful, always strive to rich the gal or objective of company. i most enjoyd to see a good difference since i came or started to work also some daily learsons that uplift my skills and knowledge all the time. i also learnt that to work hard it helps you but evn a company it self. some challengies was conflict with employees also somehow resources are not available.

Pros: i gained lot of experience and knowledge. uplifted my skills.
