Pros: I am very good with my work and i can bring more clients and the customers in the company and institution
Cons: I will love to work extra hours but even though i will still need more hours to spend with my family.

LEARINING CURVE, GOOD WORK EXPOSURE, RELEVANT TO FIELD OF STUDY.
It was nice working at EWC my supervisor and I had a good working relationship. She gave me an opportunity to learn the work and we did everything together as a team. The task that were given to me they were relevant to what I had studied. She made me feel that my opinion mattered. I took initiation on a lot of jobs and offered help before I was even asked to help.
Pros: good place to gain experience

Excellent
It was great working experience for because I had to learn a lot in a short period of time. The. Working environment was great and working with students had been great learning experience. To work under pressure taught me a lot of things. To have time management, to be accurate in my skills and to have speed in time of check-in whether the students are not in debts.

Interpersonal skills
I am a fast learner. I have good interpersonal skills. I plan ahead and come up with innovative ideas if allowed and given opportunity. I enjoy working both individually and with a team. My previous job taught me the Importance of time and meeting of targets. I am not afraid of challenges, especially if it is for the benefit of the company and it gives me knowledge. Thank you

Helps alot with brainstorming and dealing with different paople
Working hours are very easy with lot of holidays. Good working at TVET because I also assist some of my colleques with more practical and some also assist with the most of theory who have the degrees in same trade.
Pros: More time of reading and adding knowledge about the trade.
Cons: Doing or teaching the same subjects every year without even getting challenges.

Learning Skills
At work my normal working hours is from 7:30 to 4:00 and what I have experienced is I can work well with other people and I do enjoy. The relationship I have with the co-workers is very fruitful because they are willing to help where I'm struggling and with that I am happy. I have learned how to answer a phone when speaking to a colleague or any other person who is calling, again I have learned how to update or add information using Excel. And again I now can interpret the statement without any difficulties. Writing of minutes is the position in enjoying most cause it teaches you to be focused well prepared and well organized. The challenges I've faced was when students ask questions and yet you don't have answers to give because I was not having much information in the department I was placed.
