My typical work day begins with a team talk and work distribution for the day assigning responsibilities to my artisans. I have a good relationship with the fellow colleagues and we share knowledge and strengths to make our company succeed. I have learned to work with people from different cultures, believes and respect our diversity as a nation. I enjoy sharing information and leaning from the others without fear. It is a known fact that we should work together to achieve more even though there are challenges in work situations especially if other people don't want to share information leading to sabotage. The other challenges are the support from the materials needed to do the job leading to jobs taking long to be completed.

A beautiful experience.

It was rather an in between company, relaxed and time and very hectic at times. A typical day include travelling to all active site checking compliance and quality, coming back to the office to catch with paperwork.. I had a wonderful relationship with my coworkers and learnt quite a lot from each and everyone of them. I have enjoyed and celebrated our differences as human being and challenges faced as department.. The most Challenging aspe t of the job is how to manage time

Pros: Yes there great opportunities to be promoted, if you worked hard or rather smart
Cons: The hours were long due to the fact that you are managing sites and having to do paperwork
