In the past 9 years I have been employed at Eggbert Eggs. I started as Production Manager and thereafter was promoted to Operations Manager. My position involves co-ordinating, managing and monitoring the total operations of all departments in the organization. I have gained experience in the core principles of the business ie. financial, best practices, human resources, production, logistics, SHEQ, sales, marketing, customer service…the entire supply chain. The most challenging aspect of my job was finding improvement opportunities to help maximize the profitability of the company but I enjoyed doing it. I have the opportunity to provide supervision and leadership to all departments in achieving the company’s goals and targets. I enjoy being a leader and the opportunity to empower and motivate my team.

Pros: Learning new aspects of the business often, always is room for improvement, being a leader.
Cons: I am a workaholic

Duties and learning curve

Unexperince i learn them

it was a changing job because I had to apply a fault finding and try to fix the problem fast to make the productive more to make ur supply happy with our services. I was too friendly with my co-worker they loved me because I always help them with anything they want help with. I have learn that in oder to achieve a good productivity we have to work together as a team not against each other and to love the job that you are doing. I enjoy being at work and helping them I loved to work coz am a hard working guy.the most challenging aspects is to make shoo that the productivity is good and the machine is working good and to find the new problem that the machine has given you to solve when its broken

Cons: i use to work 3 shift becose one of my co worker is sick

Great industry

Working at eggbert Eggs over the last 18 months has been an exciting time it was a crossroads we’re fmcg met the field of agriculture and trying to maintain the balance of both sectors was were the rubber met the road, The ups the downs and everything in between made each day a challenge

Excellent

6While working at the clothing store, I got really close to the other people on my shift. My manager was aeat leader and saw me as someone she could pass some of her leadership skills onto. She's actually onfidence to apply is management role. What I enjoyed the most about working with my team is that we all tried to be uplifting to one another. If someone was having a challenging day, we always offered them extra help and support."

I like my work I know how to work as a team

In my work I like to work as a team or group course m working as a picker we use invoice when picking the products my relationship was good to my coligs ,I was learn everything about invoice how to used invoice ,the most challenges in my job is so difficult coz sometime we ve done but sometimes we refused to finish our job because the order was many many

Pros: I didn't get the promotion
Cons: We working even overtimes to finish the orders
