Good learning curves

I have a close working relationship with my colleagues. We are working as a team in conveyancing and I am always willing to assist if and when necessary. I am in a process of learning to do Investec bonds. Nothing satisfies me than being upto date with my reports to the clients, Estate agents and the banks. It feels good as it reduces incoming calls and queries. In my conveyancing experience, I have learnt that it is always best to communicate in writing, than verbal. The most challenging aspect is to be misinterpreted, so if i have it in writing it helps as I always refer to my written confirmation.

Having to work under presure

Duties at the institute included setting up of Debit orders,EFT arrangengement and meeting monthly targers to get incentives. The company culture included review on common challenges agents faced during the campaign on the leads provied

Excellent Learning curve

A Very busy & quiet environment, awkward & funny at times where certain people have differences, it's not nice to see close people get distance to each other. I have learned not to share my personal life. I really enjoy once in a when we take a time off, go & have some few drinks to cheer ourselves up, when we buy our lunch together. The most Challenging aspects is when I am unable to resolve the queries, or unable to balance, going backwards and double check over and over one thing is really, but eventually when I find where the error was and able to sort it out, then it’s a relief.
