Learning Curve

Have learnt excellent Ms Excel skills, Presentations, reporting skills, Ms Word advancement and good organizing skills. I get along very well with my collegues. Have great communication between us. Having to learnt how to use different systems and making sure that I work on them good enough to get my work done.

Excellent learning curve, no doubt.

Have been working under the supervision of the company CEO since i started. I have improved a great deal on my management skills and performance monitoring. A typical day at work would be to conduct daily meetings with staff reporting to me, offer guidance, coaching and direct them to a path where results can be achieved. I enjoy doing audits from time to time as there is no greater feeling or job satisfaction than identifying a problem and ensuring it is resolved and attempt to eliminate it from occurring in the future. Managing people can be tough but it is something i have learnt to embrace in this job. The most challenging thing on this job is based on the audit reports submitted, the root causes derived can sometimes suggest that people were negligent or just misconduct which may lead to disciplinary hearing or dismissal. that is the tough part of my because you know they were dismissed based on your report.

Amazing Things I Have learnt in this company

I have learnt alot regarding sales, systems and admin in this position . I generally enjoy working with people. I've had a chance to learn so much about retail and telecommunications. I've also learnt about filing and admin

Growth and Development for efficiency and productivity

In my current position, I develop and implement training programs for new employees as well as maintain a regular training schedule for all staff. I am well-versed in training procedures learning methods and educational theory. I enjoy putting this knowledge into practice and being able to see participant growth from the beginning of a program to completion.
