Building and Civil Construction Learnership

Our learnership is actually based on Theoretical nd practical work. 1. Theoretical knowledge, we were excelling whereby there were only positive results which were acquired. 2. Practical knowledge that was the part that was a bit tough for the students which were new on the building and construction work, but the convincing part is that we were full of potential and We showed a hunger for new things to be learnt. The practical part we found much interesting and fun too. Thank you.

I have learnt a lot about learners and able to identify their needs ..

The relationship with co workers is good, we are able to interact and work as a team...I enjoyed a lot while working with learners, being able to transfer my knowledge it makes me feel good..I have learnt that while buisy facilitating I'm actually gaining more knowledge from learners...the challenge I have faced is when we don't have a training material...I have to compile material and facilitate with very little salary. The other thing is the issue of contract..When learners go for workplace the contract is terminated

Pros: There is no promotion so far
Cons: We are working 8 hours per day
