Excellent learning curve
on my first day when i reported for duty i went around the production plant to get to know everyone , since i believe that if you are a leader and then show interest in getting to know people at the shop floor it then improves the mood among the workers and it is the first stage of building your team. i had a good working relationship with the workers from the shop floor to everyone at the offices, we may encounter some differences but at the end of the we would sit and laugh and apologize if i was wrong. i have learnt that in order for a person to be successful you have to be a team player and communication is also essential at the working environment. working with people its challenging, i had a project to implement 5s at the workshop , the guys were not complying and it was challenging but at the end i was successful .
Pros: was exposed to the work environment very well , and there is good team work

Got many experience from there
Im a hard worker i work underpressure im carrying nd full of respect have no criminal record i have computer certificate i have typing skills The last company it was edward snell deal with whisky vodga brandy wines We deliver it around durban monday to friday

Excellent
I work on sap everyday where i captured pauments for the customers. I do the masterdata for all regions. I have done limit increases when it gets requested

Management style
No growth. Racist Poor departmental management. Primitive co-workers. I enjoyed meeting & exceeding customers needs. No updated working systems Too much paper work. My challenge was working with incompitent co-workers. People getting promoted on long service with the company rather than accreditations. No feedback from management. You will know your perfomance review only when there is time for increase.

Pushing our engineering team,closing actions on time .doing projects
It's fine even though others have attitude.they delay to finish the job .the most enjoyable part it's when I did my project and all of them were correct I never experienced any complains.the most challenging parts it's when I'm dealing with suppiers

A wonderful learning exprience
It was a wonderful place to learn. The co-workers where realy excellent to work with. It was a dream come true place. Now am looking for a place i can have a new family that i can enjoy working with

During part time
Putting display in liquor stores. Have a good relashinship with others although, i'm not in full time at work. I only work for part time. The most thing I have learned is that, only when the manager gives me allowances, before I do anything in the store, work with different companys,liquor stores, how to work by using Tablat and driving long distances etc. The most I enjoyed when we travel to long distances,sleeping out and meeting different people,working in other Provences. The most challenges when we putting the display in the store and than the manager disagreed with our display, than we have to distroy it and start the new where the manager want it to.
Pros: No opportunity's because of not working in full time.
Cons: Long hours was not included.

I learned how to work under pressure.
Hi. I am diligent and hard working individual. I am mature individual who is proactive and trustworthy. I have code08 driver's license. I am able to enterect with all types of people.I adapt swift to change and I have quality.I am always helpful share my knowledge and skills with everyone this creating an excellent working environment.
