All in all as an intern one gets to have a variety of training opportunities and works in close space with senior personnel thus being able to learn a lot more.

Very good place to gain Training experience, working with Learnerships, working with the Setas, attending meetings with stakeholders, Liasing with clients on daily bases, giving learners support, arranging Trainings and having to arrange Facilitators for classes, completing and signing off Learnership agreements and sending them to Seta for learnerships.

Pros: I have been promoted to Branch Manager from the Administrator
Cons: I have worked long hours just so I could finish off some work and meet up deadlines

Judith/ Dikeledi is a highly competent, motivated and enthusiastic candidate with experience of working as an individual and as part of a team. She is skilled and have experience in ETQA, Training and Development and all other SETA related matters and sound knowledge of outcomes-based education, unit standards and accredited of courses. Validation, moderation and verification of national learning and development interventions to ensure training output conforms to expected standards and best practices. Having worked within the NQF landscape for the past 14 years, she has gained invaluable insight and exposure to the intricate processes of the NQF. Judith also has extensive experience in LMS’s and implementation of training programme, facilitation and assessments

Gained experience &knowledge

Edutel is a good company, Ive learned so much at edutel,how to be a smart worker edutel gave me experience ,but i seek a new beginig,the reason i want to leave edutel is nepotism,just want to be away from my siblings, i enjoyed working for edutel although moneywise theres a lack,thats another issue that makes me have this need to move on

Pros: i was denied the opportunity to advance my self educationaly
Cons: closing on the last day before christmas
