Monday start at 05h00,go to site and check if all he employees are at present at work .report to the client if there are any absentees on the day ,I will drive to site's during working hours and see the employees if there is anything they need. Check with the supervisor on site if there are any issues that's needs to be attended . will later brief my operation manager of any issues raised from sites . The most sad part of the job is when employees are absent more often that I had to take them through disciplinary hearings and late dismiss them.

Pros: leasing with client daily . best customer service
Cons: when dealing with excessive absenteesm

Excellent learning curve

My typical day includes capturing hour everyday for payroll it kept me very busy sometimes stressful but nothing one cannot handle, the relationship with my co-workers are good i get on well with everyone i have learnt alot through the company what i enjoyed most about it is the people i interact with on a daily basis. the most challenging part of my job is the payroll i do keeping up to date with all.

Pros: Great oppertunity to learn
Cons: long working hours
