I am eager to take on new HR projects and develop within any role i assume.
HR & Personnel Management is a great passion of mine as I thrive on the continuous learning, challenges and growth that it affords me. Working on various business projects and acquisitions have given me valuable insight on a variety of business practices and processes. I have taken a keen interest in the future of HR and the technology advances that will pave the way forward for this sector. I believe that there will always be room for improved structures and processes within every organisation and with the help of and advanced HR division, it will provide a competitive advantage for both customers and employees. Ofcourse the duties lying with the HR department are not always pleasant, it definitely adds maturity and wisdom to ones character and mindset,

Organisational developer
As Deputy Registrar responsible for academic administration i have to lead and guide eight different Campus managers to coordinate end execute operations to ensure statutory and institutional compliance. My extensive knowledge on strategic management and risk management as well as my ability to lead employees on the basis of modern theoretical principles, have over the years produce great operational success. I engage in employee and management coaching on all issues such as emotional intelligence, performance management, organisational development, organisational change, laws of organisational performance etc. I am an alternative thinkers on organisational improvement, always questioning old fashioned principles that hampers organisational development, replacing it with critical and analytical thought out reasoning I am always engaging in continuous personal skills and knowledge development, currently reading at least three publications on managerial theory per month.

I'm love my job but i love being a designer more.
I enjoy working there and they are very friendly and help full but i just feel like there is no room for growth for me there. too much work load but i don't mind that because they are shaping me for the future and the want me to be the best of the best . i just del like iv learned all i needed to learn there because they do leave a room for new things as in being creative .
Pros: Im a junior designer and they took me in straight out from collage

Being a multicultural person
We like sisters and brothers at work, team working, unit and assisting each other is our habit, I have learned a lot when is its come to other people's culture, I have learned to be multicultural and to be professional all the time at work and even out of the working premises.
Pros: We all stand the chance as Technical Academic Advisers to be promoted

Academic tales
I do thoroughly enjoy my job. It involves helping and inspiring up and coming Chemical Engineering, to pursue their passion and to never give up, no matter how rough the road gets. Working with educated individuals is entertaining and a learning process. They teach you new facts and help you look at situations from a different perspective. It's always nice to keep up to date with the technology and resources available in the field of education. I find that this job pushes you to be more, think more and learn more. It is professionally challengingredients and allows for great ideas to be born.

Great for developers who have just started getting experience.
The current post which I hold as a web developer started in Durban and I transferred to Cape Town in November 2019. Educor is the holding company for various educational institutions such as Damelin, CityVarsity, and ICESA. I currently focus on developing and maintaining the online brands.

Excellent learning curve
check website & all contact platforms excellent relationship with co workers Learned a lot about the private education sector as Educor run over 7 different colleges where one could study through distance or attend face to face classes. I most enjoy the culture of this business The most challenging aspect of the job is when managers dont follow deadlines & have to be followed up on for their reports

Team player , self motivated , strong communication and wants what is best for the company
I am a conscientious, hardworking, goal oriented person who shows initiative and able to use creative, lateral thinking to find effective solutions to problems. I always strive for the standard of excellence and enjoy seeing through a positive conclusion. I will also be able to work independently and as part of a team, I am a quick learner and if given the opportunity I will prove myself well.
