Great for gaining experience, learning to work under pressure and do your work diligently.

There is little opportunity for growth within the company however the company does try to ensure staff development. It takes a couple of months to get resources and there are hardly any socials for staff members. My co-workers are very friendly, they were very welcoming when I first started. My manager is very understanding and supportive and fights to ensure that we have all that we need to deliver work effectively and efficiently. I enjoy the fact that no 2 days are the same, although it is not challenging.

Lecturing all subjects in the field mechanical engineering.

I am a very motivated individual who is eager to learn and grow in the field of mechanical engineering. I am dedicated to my work and easy to adapt, approachable and well spoken. My experience at school as a learner has grown me into a hardworking person who can easily work as an individual and effectively in a team as well. I will expand my experience and knowledge to add a lot of value to your company. Experience has taught me how to build strong relationships with all departments at an organization
