Best NGO to build young peoples lives
well to be honest educo africa is really a good place to start find your feet, it is a place were you gain skills and add into something that you already have so for me it is a very good place to look were are you going . to all my peers at work and my bosses we have a good and awesome relationship but now i think its time for me grow more outside educo africa, what i have learnt is so much in terms of communicating better and being more confident when i am doing something on my own. what i enjoy the most in educo africa is when we going out to the wilderness for camps just being around young people makes my heart melt. the most challenging aspects was when i had to stand in front of people for the first time because before i joined educo i was this shy girl who is very scared to speak in front of a croud but now i am very confident thanks to educo africa about that.
Pros: best mission for young and old participants
Cons: not going to the course in the mountain

Great Learning Experience
we work Monday to Friday from 08h30- 17h00. I have a very great relationship with my co-workers from lower level to senior level, I most enjoy the kind of environment that the organization has its amazing. it really allows one to be productive. I have learnt so much since I started her mostly about the office Administration role. most challenging its when the suppliers don't deliver on time
Pros: Great opportunities for Learning and development
Cons: Less employee recognition
