I work well as a team. I am facilitating grade 7 learners in Economic and Management Sciences. I also do administrative work for the whole school. The most challenging is when the schools are about to be closed, because I have to deal with the exams for my learning area as well as capturing all the learning areas of the whole school.

Pros: No opportunity to be promoted, because there are so many senior teachers that can be employed as GOD's if there's a post
Cons: I can work underpressure

I have learned to work with people and also group work.

Working hours are great I can't complain. Management at current school is great and supportive. I have changed things around in my department to a better level. My concern with education is that is more politics than education itself. I am not a politian,
