Excellent Self Developing curve

Initially it was a pleasure to work for the Department of Education but in nowadays things have turned ugly since promotions are for sale. I enjoy each an every day at work, I have a good relationship with colleagues. I have learned so many skills such as effective communication. I enjoy unpacking the content to my learners to make the subject simple. The changing of curriculum from old to new is a challenge.

Pros: Long holidays
Cons: Payment for promotions
