Great expirience and hard working staff

working at eduardo has been a great expirience as it was my first time job and i learned a lot ,working around various powerstations meeting new people who are hard working and willing to help each other in order to improve each individual i have leaned a lot thus i joined the company as a rigger assistant and later promoted as a rigger ,that clearely showed that hard work does pay alot during my expiences i have enjoyed doing my job as instructed from execution of a task to completetion cleare i have learned a lot and i am still enjoying to be part of their hard working tean when called to come and work for them

Cons: long working hours even on holidays

Good experince platform

Feeling good going to work . planned production day .safety first and then a good production day . meeting targets every day the daily challenge was exceptional

Salary not worth the job

In terms of environment, its an excellent company to work for as they have most of the tools needed to do your job. Been a family business brings the negative side to it , if they don't like u specially IR managers, they will do anything to get rid of u to protect their favourite people whom have been with the come for more years. The is no room for promotion, salary is based on favouritism, company cars are given to selected member, it always comes down to who do u know.

Great company...teamwork,

Great company yo work for , learning curve everyday ,great communication skills acquired,, my relationship with co-worker’s is great as we are a team we work hand in hand,work very well under pressure, i have learnt to communicate better and work well with people

Communication with people

I was a perianth person who like every employee or employee opinion.we respect each other and work safety every time.employee have a right to be provide with safety .every one must work a safety work .workers must not bring personal issues in work place including employer

Excellent training

Its release stress to get a company that will hire you without any experience, but Eduardo construction really change peoples lives. The only thing I did not like is that the do not train you to be an artisan and permanent after so many years working for the company and its risky job. Some supervisors are good team leaders and some are not so good because if they don't like you you they end your contract sooner than you think. Lastly is that we get to be without job for a long time as its been 4months being at home waiting for that call by an agent while there are some people who don't sit at home because they are friends with agents or the are paying them to make sure that they call them to work from other power stations to other

Excellent learning curve

1. A lot of pressure at the loading bay. 2. There has to be a good relationship due to the fact that we consist of a team of 5. 3. Team work and communication is very important as well as the inspection of tools and work area. 4.Execution of our task. 5. Performing the task on time without any injuries " first time right"

Fast learner

I learned working as a team and be a brother's keeper.how to do proper house keeping.record every trip on a log book and always everyday do vehicle inspection before every trip.report any near misses
