Excellent opportunity to learn

My typical day start at 7 am, where I perfom activities such, making sure that the class layout is suited for the training session, all study materials, registers and reports are available. I also check the functionality of equipments such as data projectors, aircon and other training aids. Sessions start at 8 am, I enjoy getting everyone involved the lesson by asking relevent questions and lead discussions and debates. Monitoring behavour and encouraging learners is part of my role. Compiling reports and leasing with management of Edu-Wize Group is an important task that I am envolved in. I have a good relationship with my superiors and co-workers even though I work independently most of the time.
