Good exposure to HR in general and other sectors while working with public entities

Poor work ethic and poor discipline in respect of time management. Line management like to abdicate their people management responsibilities. enjoy teamwork though and learnt to be patient and tolerant.

Pros: salary not too bad
Cons: poor upward mobility opportunities and not a caring employer
