Excellent team work and responsibilities shared
I have been istrumental in developing and having all my financial policies alproved by the board. I have been able to train all my new and old staff members to focus on goals set for the division and ultimately archieve the company overall objectives. I introduced all the management monthly reporting templates which were acceptable to all the division al heads as informative and assist in definitely g their budgetary controls through planning meetings and other adhock discussions on financial controls to be adopted and implemented. All my financial reports were unqualified fir tge nine consecutive years of my employ with EDIH. I have established a working relationship with the natiobal teasury and the external auditors on new and current adoption of IFRS standards which most I was able to implement before adoption by the standard setters
Pros: Ability to influence ce decisions at board level and cascade implementation yo lower level staff
Cons: No social life when engrossed on difficult periods if year end and other periodic events such as budget cycke

I have developed my career to executive level through hard work and self training
I have a team of eight people reporting directly into my portfolio, including three interns. I am responsible for all the financial statutory and regulatory compliance issue ranging from policy development, implementation, administrative as well as annual financial statements disclosure requ?oddments. I am also responsible for programme performance reports and evaluation and monitoring of financial results on projects My interest is in couching all my staff members as I regard them as my ears and eyes. I report directly to thw Board ensuring that the resolutions are followed up and implemented I have adopted all the applicable IFRS standards in time becoming effective during 1998 I have also made sure that all the King III regulations are applied.

Exposure to different leadership descipines
I have grown immensely in this company to be able to deliver financial and other administrative reports to the board of directors and request for their ratification and approvals without any adverse responses. I have developed excellent reporting templates for project and EXCO meetings and other policy documents My experience far outstrips most of my peers in that I take to heart every economic benefit to its highest level of delivery
Pros: A listening board that articulated to the I streets if the company and ask the right questions
