Friendly working environment

Ii enjoy working for Edgeview Academy school but I just want change. What I learnt is that we are lifelong learners,we learn frm each other. The challenge we meet along the way are rumors that needs to be avoided and we let go.

Pros: Yes
Cons: The teachers enjoy working with each other,the hours are not bad so as the admin,they are democratic leaders.

Excellent learning curve

busy and needs all collegues to work together.i have learned team work and i enjoy solving problems and helping others who cannot achieve their targets.the long hours and paperwork
