Excellent learning curve

Show people around the club, orientating new members with the club rules. Selling membership in a challenging environment. Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor. Team work is very important and I am a team builder. What I enjoy the most is communicating with different people everyday. The most challenging I would say is for any person is the closing part of the deal but with all the objections illuminated in your deal everything will go out as planned.

Poor personal management

One man business...ppl recieve munimum salary..work everyday of the week. The only up point you gym for free...bur wirh such a low salary you cant servive on.

Great team work environment

I enjoyed working at my company. My relationship with co workers was great as I work great at a team. I have learnt to be persistant and patient. I enjoyed most working with people and achieving my sales targets for the month. My challenging aspects of my job was dealing with rude clients and complaints.

Pros: Healthy working environment and challenging one.
Cons: No possibilities for growth
