Given a chance to grow my experiencr

I work as a cellphone admin my daily tasks are to record phones,daily counts of cellphone,booking in of cellphone and also doing stock request and mostly dealing with customers with their queries. At work we have different departments and we assist one another in case help is needed and we have good communication with each other. I have learnt that each and every customer is equally important as the are the ones who make the business to grow. I enjoy the fact that I have grown so much in the company and I have learnt all departments of the company Having to deal with a customer who knows the terms and conditions but fails to understand when a problem of a product occurs.
