Positivities and negativities experienced every day because self employed, a lot of challenges.

Having to market the firm and leaving up to expectation when jobs are there taking time frames into consideration need one to sometimes seek helpin hang from outside office, but in general it isvery challenging andenjoyable whenbusiness is good.

Pros: Exposure to new challenges especially because I have no supervisor
Cons: Working against time is always in equation, but one has toperfom, what shall we say or do!
