Seasoned HR manager,knows all company processes and all HR related processes,good interpersonal relations with colleagues,team player. Have formed good relationships with different stakeholders within the business. Good learning curve,people engagement. I like learning new things and relates well with partners,and being able to act as a support function to line management Most challenging part of the job is having more than 5 regions each with 13 or more stores and having to make sure that you don't leave anyone out

Customer service and sales,

I like to have this position cause I like make sales, create awareness to the public in the sense of marketing and promoting any selling items. Building good relationship with employees and customers at all times. Training new staff and ensure that they now what they selling and which products is on promotion. Ensure sales is discussed regularly.

Pros: Being a hard worker
Cons: Work retail hours if possible

Excellent quality delivery

We are working as a strong solid team structure and the growth in each and every employee is satisfactory, management is happy and do appreciate each and every positive input towards the growth of the company. I've always believed in team work,things become a lot easier when there's an absolute cooperation We respect each other and value the vision of the company.

Excellent development opportunity within the next industry

I am a fully fledged IR officer with 12 years of uninterrupted service in the field. My Job functions are disciplinary , investigations , initiating cases , training of business partners in IR and policy and procedures and disciplinary code of conduct in the workplace. Further , active involvement with Unions and attend to CCMA matters.

Pros: Opportunity to develop and ensure a efficient and effective working environment
Cons: I am passionate about work and can work extended hours.
