Excellent learning

My current company is promoting multi skilled as I have worked for this company from 2004 till today but I have learned almost everything from being a cashier some time they were tasking me to replenish , working also at the cash office for banking , I have also worked in the stockroom I do stock taking also I have learned a lot from this company as I now mentor new workers that are joining , I have worked with promoters from different companies. It was an eye opener to my self I did Admin job at the Cellular Department after applying for it In 2010 worked as Admin Cellular from i was then promoted to be Cellphone Specialist in 2015 Eversince I worked here they were supportive from top management to managers in the store. I learned sales and people skills, the ability to work effectively in a team or on my own

You learn to work with people from different backgrounds and find a common ground with them to be productive and i enjoyed reaching targets The most challenging thing was to try to maximise productivity with limited resources like when there was no electricity or when some the working stations are not working or when some employees did not show up

Cellphone specialist

Staff is friendly as well as management we work as a team and share our knowledge to one another and the other thing u need to be all round u work in different departments u cant say anything u need to be flexible and hours is to much so much and they off us time off as permanent instead of paying us over time the dont want to pay us overtime but other than that we are family in my store we work hard to achieve our goal and manager she like mother to all of us and treat us like her own children

Good communication skill

It was good working under pressure,facing difficult costumes,good working relationship my co_worker also good communication with costumes and respecting other people's culture

Good place to work in

It was a good company to work for, I was given a chance to explore my talents and I had opportunity to work with different people from different backgrounds and cultures. I also learned to multitask.

Sometimes customers were negative and as a customer service you have at positive always and maintaining attitude and be polite on customers Because customer is always right

Excellent in customer service

Ever since I started working at jet I gained a lot of experience with customer service and haldling customer queries is the most challenging thing in the industry as the customer says customer is always right. I enjoy working with my colleagues because we noware like a family members

A good learning experience
