I started my journey at Edcon as an intern then got an opportunity as a. Merchandise Trainee. I have learned a lot from the the team. The culture was amazing

Excellent learning experience

It is a great company to work for, it's a pity there's less employment opportunities open for entry level seekers. Great working experience, had good working environment and the employees are well mannered.

Room for growth

My work days are always boring and devastating because most of the time I am ptactically doing nothing. My mentor is always too busy for me and travelling as he's a Chain executive. The team PA are nice people to work with and I spend most of days with them.I have learnt to do sales analysis and to pull reports on Proclarity.I wouldn't say I know the challenges of the job because I don't know much of it.

We have great learning opportunity

Venue booking; function sheets, Delegate accommodation; putting together delegate booklets; creating evaluation Forms name Tags, liaising with faculty in respect of course outlines and pre-readings; compiling course packs, Ensuring printing and distribution; finalising course schedules. Training administration and co-ordination - registration Of delegates; event management, booking venues, catering, attendance at evening and other experiential events);

Pros: We have great opportunity .
