Have customer service and training. Ability to coach and develop subordinates. Able to plan staffing arccording to business needs. Able to do performance reviews. Analyse stock and sales performance. Analyse and give competitive shopping. And have good communication skills

Cons: have worked for one company for long as ndhave gained enough experience

Excellent learning place of work

I started working for the store in 2008 as a casual at the fitting rooms and then I work my way to the sales floor ,and then the tills and now I'm working at the jewellery counter and I'm the weekend manager and net promoter score leader

Pros: Great place for learning work
Cons: Long working hours
