Excellent learning curve

At EDC Direct Marketing am working as an admin and recruiter because am posting ads for sales consultants and do the interviews. My relationship with my co workers is very good because we help each other and even having fun with our work and it has teached to love people and am very good in communication and team work.The challenge is the salary am receiving its not enough.

Pros: Good experience anyone will love to have it.
Cons: Normal hours

Great learning opportunities

Having a good communication with customers was the best experience because I managed to meet their needs and wants as a distributor...I was able to listen to them and give them what they needed. It was not an easy job, it was full of challenges. Some core workers great to work with and some do not have the team work spirit.. The most challenging aspect was being in the field standing the whole day without sitting down,you only get to sit down during lunch.the other thing that I have learned is problem solving en working in a team

Pros: Get promoted to traineeship in 2-4 weeks from the day u start capturing
Cons: Longer working hours
