Great medium company

I find the opportunities for promotion are not available. fantastic leadership. no measurable performance indexes. learned a lot. Company management needs more financial guidance. unstable environment leads to unstable pay, e.g. no bonusses and no yearly increases.

Pros: Flexible working hours and locations.
Cons: No Opportunity for promotions, no measurable performances

Alot of hard work

A good company to work at as you are able to gain experience in a wide variety of areas. You will be expected to think outside the box and work hard.

Pros: good exposure
Cons: not very friendly management
