I have +- 13 years working experience as an HR Generalist with different organisations from mining; construction; manufacturing; corporate office; engineering and health services. I think with all vast of experience gain from this different organisation I will add value in your organisation. I am a go getter and like helping other people. I mean sharing ideas and I am innovative always want to come new ideas. I am good listener; honesty; communicator and transparent person. Not a person who wait a problem to happen, I fix the problem before it become serious matter. I do not take anything easy. I treat anything with caution and with positive mind. Responsible for all hr functions

hr generalist. working hours are ok. developing hr strategies and policies. also responsible for day to day hr functions. We starting everything from scratch. Constituting employment equity committee and as training and development committee. In the process of getting certified for ISO 9001
