Ecowize is big company which deals which hygiene operating. It mostly target food industries Since I started working the I've learned so much.I learned how to meet deadlines and how to work under pressure.

Pros: When working with Ecowize,you have to work hard and show interest in your job.By so doing the Senior will recognize you and give you a better position of being a team leader and if you impress them further you can be a supervisor or even a manager and more
Cons: We normally work long hours when there are audits,inspections and when there are visitors

It was nice working there with staff we used to treat each other nicely and I have learnt many things and I enjoy doing my job because it pays me so that I can bring food on the table and the first time I arrive there I must some challenge cause some thought that I wanted to take their jobs

Excellent for work experience

At disinfection, we worked as a team, and when ever anyone was falling behind we all struggled. So i learned to work as a team player. Sometimes we had to work overtime because of the demand of work, but we cooled manage because we worked as a team. The most challenging aspects was when we had to do a two days job in day.

I have excellent work experience 10 years knowledge of Arc (stick), Tig (Argon), flux core (FCAW),submerged (SAW),CO2 (MIG) & GOUCHING. welding all position & ex-ray testing on mid steel, chrome, carbon steel, stainless. I have ability to work on boiler, structure, pipe works, building of truck trailers & earth moving equipment. As i was work on different company's like Elinem contraction, Belfa Fire, Alltech Gunnebo, Arcelo Mittal (Newcastle), Hendred Fruehauf, Acrow OR ENGINEERING & Donnar air all of them I work as welder, good technical and semi-skills boilermaker, semi-skills pipe fitting. Making of jigs & assemblies. And at Ecowize as good technical

Learning curve

A typical work day capturing of all day to day documents, attending to all queries of the day. Relationship with co- workers is good. I've learned that in administration time is important and accuracy. Most challenging aspects would be when we are being audited paper work and files needs to be up date. - when you require documents from the departments and they don't come in time it becomes a problem for daily reports.

Handle multiple site in Nort West and Free State on foodsafety and Health and Safety.

Excelent Customer relations Excelent work relations Good comunication skills Most challenging aspects was to service all sites at the same time spreaded in two provinces. Most sastifactory times was to see happy customers after an audit with a pass rate more than 90%. Best times was to see happy workers with a want to work attitude as a team and job well done. Always have a pro active attitude. Preventitive maintenance rather solve situations before it happen.

Pros: Was appointed as supervisor and was promoted in 3 months to Site Manager and after 3 years was promoted to Area Manager.
Cons: Long working hours was draining you mentally at 18 hours per day.
