The work is about washing the poultry plant processing machines and equipment. I am now willing to follow my career job as I finish my studies and I am willing to learn.

I actually learn and understanding how can I co-orparate with other people,and at the other sites really enjoy working on team because I experience some idea and my employer treat me well with respect. I also learn to work under pressure and I can now stand and say I can handle this and that. I enjoy working on team it's a lot. Overtime it depends on the day if is there any kind of duty to fulfil before the next day. Some challenge that I met is that maybe some times I make a mistake, I feel guilty because it might be get fired than a warning.

Passion of hard working

As I am ecowise current employee I face many challenges at the work,it is a cleaning company we ar working with chemicals and their safety is weak,that is my experience in these organization. Another challenge is the salary I earn evry month is not enough to afford my hole family as I am a bread winner.The job is nice and enjoyable,the relationship with the workers and the top management even the supervisors are very caring to each other,wat I learnt is is to how to operate the hygiene

Exciting journey

My journey is to well and good bosses to work with in the factory . The relationship is good and exciting to work with the bosses and they are easy to speak with .
