I’m an experienced Support Engineer looking to utilize skills in an environment that offers exciting opportunities and personal growth. Proficient with Servers/Desktop support and Administration, troubleshooting and all its implications, and prepared to use this knowledge with the growing organization. I have completed my National Diploma in Information Technology at Vaal University of Technology. Got a learner-ship from HP and completed an IT NQF Level 4 and 5 and acquired MCP qualifications and was permanently employed by Ivolve Technologies now called (IPT). Worked in technical and desktop support until I joined 2 IT engineers as an on-site Systems Administrator. Configuring, troubleshooting and maintaining Microsoft infrastructure for a large sized insurance company (Brolink) with 400+ users. And now I'm currently at EcoTech as a Support Engineer.

I Keegan Marlon Snyders earned a National Diploma in Accounting and can be defined as a seasoned professional. Disciplined, Strategic, Dynamic, Young and Ambitious. I consider myself Mature, open-minded, Presentable and confident. Able to adapt swiftly to any situation presented to me. I possess Superb Accounting skills. I Execute Every Task given, whole heartedly to enjoy the self-Satisfaction after a long day’s work. Additional Attributes I Possess are: Self-motivated drive, Ability to work Independently and in a team to meet the common goal, Strong knowledge in general capacity especially people and change management as well as property/facilities management, Attention to Detail, Quality Orientated, Innovative, Creative, Proficient Computer Skills, Operations Management, Street Smart(Ghetto),Business Savvy and Solution Driven both in Business and Creative. Excellent Learning

WA typical work day consist of travelling to clients and doing alot of remote support. I get along well with all my co-workers and there is a level of trust and understanding. Learnt about new Systems and technologies. I enjoy helping the users and resolving their issues. Most challenging due to the pandemic, must be remote and phone support.OkWOkr

Pros: Work for and with different companies
Cons: No Benefits, No increases, no bonuses, long travels
