Nice work life balance

Good corporate culture, friendly staff. No long hours and good work-life balance. Co-workers are nice & each person is identified as an individual, even by CEO. Challenging aspects- not enough opportunity for growth in my division & undermining of capabilities as well as capacity by management/ seniors.

Cons: Slow opportunity for career growth
