It was excellent career opening and growth.a highly innovative company

Wonderful environment to work at as we started at 8 and finish at 5pm. My colleagues were showing high degree of motivation and supported me when challenges arose at workplace. Interestingly my colleagues practised team work to solve complex situations which resulted in achieving work targets and succeed in our work place. I have learnt that one should be passionate about work and be dedicated so that work itself become so interesting have desire to fulfill uncomplished work tasks. I enjoyed marketing of our products and sales them well as the market was ripe for our products though a turbulent environment and I also learnt about good corporate governance and company ethics to be followed without flaws. The most difficult part of my work was to keep pace with everchanging market place where consumer costs of switching are less so one must keep pace with technology so that we were able to fulfill customer trust and confidence.

Provided a great learning environment

Typical work day included the following: Day to day activities: - Physical inspection of Major devices - Go through my standby checklist *Availability *CPU usage major nodes, Nexus, FWs, ASR, *Memory usage *Bandwidth Utilization *Top talkers *Logged Incidents * Weekly backups - Investigate anomalies from checks - Go through logged tickets - Go through emails - Monthly update on security awareness pack - Long term projects Econet is a large organization that employs a great deal of specialization and the use of cross functional teams and this in turn creates an environment of great realationships between co-workers The most challenging aspect of the job was a rather excessive workload that

Excellent learning experience and upgrading

It's difficult to balance work and social life as one is 24 hours on Standby. Difficult to get promotions as experience and self upgrading isn't really considered important

Exceptional Learning curve

Sir/Ma’am, I have all the requisite qualifications and skills. I can do the work that the profile requires me to do. Besides, I have the capacity to deliver exceptional results. I can blend into mixed cultures and will fit in beautifully, which will make me a great addition to the team. For a fresher, I have the right amount of exposure into this industry, as I have completed my internship with Econet wireless company only recently. Furthermore, I have great communication skills, desired experience and the requisite skill set for this job role.
